We’re growing quickly, and ecommerce plays a central role in how customers discover and shop TBCo. We’re looking for an Ecommerce Specialist to take ownership of how our collections are presented and traded on site. This role sits at the intersection of brand storytelling and commercial performance, ensuring our Shopify store is visually compelling, easy to shop, and optimised to drive conversion.

What you’ll do:

  • Work closely with the marketing and content teams to ensure launches, campaigns and promotions are executed effectively across our UK, US & ROW sites.
  • Analyse how customers navigate the site and optimise collection structure, landing pages and merchandising accordingly.
  • Identify friction points within the shopping journey and collaborate with the Web Team Lead and Developer on improvements to the onsite experience.
  • Own the day to day merchandising and trading of the Shopify website, ensuring the site is visually compelling and commercially optimised.
  • Manage product listings including uploads, imagery, descriptions, tagging and categorisation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Maintain SEO best practice across product pages, collections and landing pages including metadata, alt text and titles.
  • Ensure the site navigation and product organisation supports an intuitive and seamless customer journey.
  • Build and update landing pages to support campaigns, launches and collaborations.
  • Manage homepage & theme updates to reflect seasonal launches, campaigns and brand storytelling.
  • Monitor site merchandising and product presentation to ensure the site remains current, organised and aligned with commercial priorities.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience managing an ecommerce website, ideally within a Shopify environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to prioritise merchandising decisions that drive sales.
  • Experience building landing pages and managing homepage content.
  • Understanding of ecommerce UX & SEO best practices.
  • Comfortable working cross functionally with marketing, content and product teams.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities to improve the onsite experience.
  • Creative with a strong eye for digital merchandising & presentation.
  • An understanding of website structure & HTML is advantageous.
