We are looking for a Buying & Merchandising Assistant to join our team to help drive creativity, operational excellence, and smarter ways of working as we continue to grow globally. This role is ideal for someone excited by the intersection of product, data, systems and AI-driven efficiencies within a modern retail business.

What you'll be doing:

  • Critical Path & Intake Management: Partner with suppliers and freight forwarders to manage purchase orders, track critical paths, and flag delivery risks early to secure on-time stock arrival.
  • Sample & Fit Ownership: Own the complete sample lifecycle from prototypes to Gold Seal, managing weekly fit session prep (chasing samples, logging data) and coordinating samples for seasonal marketing shoots.
  • PLM & Product Data Management: Maintain absolute accuracy of product information, SKU creation, costing, and critical path updates across PLM, ERP, and internal reporting platforms.
  • Reporting & Commercial Insights: Utilising spreadsheets and reporting systems to analyse product performance, track stock positions, and conduct regular competitor comp shops to support commercial decision-making.
  • AI & Workflow Innovation: Stay ahead of emerging AI tools and automation to streamline administration, reduce manual tasks, and champion smarter, faster ways of working across Buying & Merchandising as we scale up.
