Job Title: Logistics Coordinator
Location: Henley-on-Thames, RG9 (close to train station, with parking available)
Job Type: Full-time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:00 (30-minute lunch break)

About the Role

We\’re looking for an experienced and highly organised Logistics Coordinator to join our friendly team in Henley-on-Thames. This is a key role supporting our field-based trainers and liaising with clients to arrange training courses across the UK and internationally.

You\’ll need to be confident managing multiple logistics tasks simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. If you\’ve previously worked in a logistics, training coordination, or administrative planning role – we\’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Confirm training schedules and diary details with field-based trainers (via phone and email)
  • Liaise with clients to schedule courses and respond to enquiries
  • Send course confirmations and joining instructions (including costings and course content)
  • Organise UK and international travel (flights, accommodation, car hire, etc.)
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in our CRM system
  • Answer incoming calls and take detailed messages when required
  • Provide reliable administrative support to the wider team

What We\’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in logistics, scheduling, or administration
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Confidence working both independently and as part of a team
  • Competent in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Experience working with a CRM system (preferred)
