Main Purpose of Job: The primary purpose of this role is to carry out high-quality joinery and fitting work as part of bespoke vehicle conversions. The joiner-fitter will be responsible for constructing, installing, and finishing interior components to precise specifications, ensuring each vehicle meets safety standards, functional requirements, and a premium level of craftsmanship. This role supports the full conversion process from initial build to final fit-out, contributing to efficient workflow and exceptional end-results for customers.
You will ensure all work is carried out in accordance with Health and Safety Regulations whilst carrying out work in a timely manner and contributing to departmental targets using a "right first time" approach.
TBC Conversions may retain a list of reserve candidates arising from this recruitment for any vacancies which may arise which are the same or similar and are of an equal grade of pay. Such a reserve list will be compiled and held for a period of 6 -12 months.
