This is a full time and permanent role from September 2026. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and efficient Logistics Co-ordinator to play a key customer facing role in our busy front office. S/he will be responsible for the daily co-ordination and smooth running of the school bus service, as well as and working collaboratively with colleagues on a varied range of administrative tasks in a busy school office. The successful candidate will be: * well organised, methodical and analytical, with great attention to detail; * confident with MS Office applications, Outlook, Word and Excel in particular; also in the use of using databases such as iSAMS for reporting and administrative processes * a resilient, adaptable and energetic character to respond effectively in a very busy office environment; * a calm team player who can prioritise effectively and work efficiently and * have excellent interpersonal skills, with a cheerful “can do “ attitude.
