A leading independent prep school in the Greenwich area is seeking a Primary Class Teacher from September 2026. This is a full time and permanent role and can either be KS1 or KS2.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver imaginative, stimulating lessons which inspire children and encourage a genuine spirit of enquiry.
  • Adapt and assist across the year group as needed within a lovely prep school environment.
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the year group team.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Experience of teaching in a primary setting.
  • Willingness to contribute to a broad range of academic, cultural, and sporting opportunities and uphold the school values of respect, kindness, loyalty, and honesty.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, including willingness to undergo child protection screening, reference checks with previous employers, and an enhanced DBS check.
