A leading independent school in Cambridgeshire is seeking a Deputy SENDCo from September 2026. This is a full time and permanent position.

Responsibilities

  • Lead access arrangements and act as Deputy SENDCo in the senior section of the school.
  • Provide strong communication with pupils, parents and teachers; build effective relationships.
  • Support those with Additional Needs and Special Educational Needs with extensive experience in a school or college environment.
  • Assist the Learning Support Department in helping all students understand themselves as learners, enabling them to achieve more than they thought possible.
