This is a full-time on-site role responsible for supervising and coordinating construction projects, operating and maintaining heavy equipment, communicating with team members and clients, and performing carpentry and general construction works.

- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project progress.
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
- Excellent leadership and management skills to effectively supervise construction crews.
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications accurately.
- Proficient in using construction tools and equipment.
- Solid understanding of safety regulations and procedures.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise during construction projects.
