Role Description
The Food Production Assistant (Ice Cream) role at SB Boutique is a full-time, on-site position based in Tonbridge. In this role, the assistant supports daily ice cream production, including measuring ingredients, operating equipment, following recipes, and maintaining a clean, hygienic workspace. Responsibilities include monitoring product consistency, labeling and packaging finished items, replenishing stock, and assisting with inventory checks. The role may involve interacting with customers, answering product questions, and helping ensure a positive experience in-store. The Food Production Assistant works closely with the production and retail teams to meet demand, uphold quality standards, and comply with food safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Production Assistance skills, including following recipes, handling ingredients safely, and supporting daily manufacturing processes.
- Candidates should possess Quality Control skills, such as monitoring product consistency, checking presentation, and adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, including polite communication, responsiveness to customer needs, and a professional, approachable manner.
