Tayto Tours and PR Co-ordinator (Graduate placement Maternity Cover) This role is a key consumer facing full-time role for the Tayto brand, reporting to the Tayto Marketing Director and based at the offices in Tandragee.
Management of Tayto Tours Management of all Tayto Brand events, exhibitions, sampling etc.
To include Balmoral Show, Ulster Rugby, Belfast City Airport etc.
Consumer Complaints management.

Essential
Criteria: Travel and Tourism degree or Equivalent Strong organisational skills required and the ability to multi-task A team leader who can demonstrate management skills Understanding of dealing with issues, complaint resolution and crises.
Hospitality experience is desirable and a degree level qualification is essential for the right candidate.
Strong analytical skills, Excel and Power Point savvy, plus CANVA and social media skills Confident, enthusiastic, flexible and a self-starter Must be willing to travel and work weekends when required as part of the job Full Clean Driving licence.
