Tayto Tours and Administration Coordinator (Maternity Cover)

Contract: Maternity Cover This is a key role for the Tayto brand, reporting to the Tayto Marketing Director and based at the offices in Tandragee.

Tayto Tours Day to day management of a team up of to 5 Tour Guides.

Responsible for the booking system and ensuring it is fully updated, dealing with visitor bookings, communication with groups and maximising capacity.

Stepping in and being a Tour Guide when required.

Management of all Tour related items crisps, merchandise, PPE, headsets etc.

This is a consumer facing role - ensuring every visitor or potential visitor has the optimal experience.

Working with Tayto colleagues to ensure adherence to Health and Safety regulations.

Maintaining the 5-star Trip Advisor rating.

Management of all Tayto Group Trade Shows and Exhibitions including Balmoral Show Booking, logistics, set up, staffing and attendance.

Tayto brand ambassador at these events.

Post event evaluation.

Tayto Online Orders Fulfilment of all online orders, managing a person to pack and sleeve all orders.

Managing the web shop page.

Managing rotation of stock and ordering.

Management of staff orders.

Management and responsibility for all crisp/snack and merchandise stock in the store with monthly stock checks.

Local Event PR Management and Facilitation Ad Hoc PR events which require Mr.

Tayto attendance and/or product sampling such as Down Royal Belfast Marathon, Tandragee 100 etc.

Management of all logistics and staffing and publicity opportunities.

Each event to be post evaluated.

Dealing with local charities and events and sorting crisp/snack donations.

Consumer Complaints Management THE contact for Tayto brand complaints which are received through several routes.

Responding to all complaints in a timely manner and providing full reporting on them through Group consumer services.

Ensuring that all complaints are logged and that the compensation is commensurate with Group strategy.

Ideal Candidate Will have been working at least 3 years in a customer facing role and ideally have event management experience.

Strong organisational skills required and the ability to multi-task.

A team leader who has a proven track record of managing staff and maximising output.

Experience of dealing with issues, complaint resolution and crises.

Marketing experience is desirable as is a degree level qualification but is not essential for the right candidate.

Strong analytical skills, Excel and Power Point savvy.

Confident, enthusiastic, flexible and a self-starter.

Must be willing to travel and work weekends when required as part of the job.

Full Clean Driving licence.
