Customer Co-ordinator in Belfast

Customer Co-ordinator Departments / Location: Supply Chain Reports to:Customer Service Manager Job Summary / Job Purpose To provide excellent customer service for Tayto Group Ltd and its customers, both internal and external. Responsible for Tayto Groups portfolio of Major Multiple and Impulse channel account. Be the first contact for external customers providing help and information. Processing orders daily, monitoring stock & delivery queries, completing existing Service level and other general reporting for variety of customers. Key Responsibilities Retrieve EDI orders and key on orders for nominated accounts were necessary using Navision. Key on manual orders using Navision system from faxed/emailed and phone call orders for all Accounts and other Tayto customers Chase late/problem deliveries for customer via 3rd party distribution Liaise with customers on outcome of issues Obtain delivery and collection bookings from the customer and ensure this is passed onto distribution service Produce Service Level reports weekly for specified accounts Update and check orders v forecasts for Impulse nominated accounts Check and manage any promotional lines to ensure orders and phasing are monitored and verified Monitor and attempt to resolve any delivery issues relating to failed deliveries informing Logistics Manager of any repeat situations As part of ongoing process be able to highlight and report root cause of issues which affect the Service level Qualifications, Experience & IT Skills Desirable Excel/Word Understanding Microsoft Office Understanding Essential Business Central Previous experience in a similar role Other Information Hours of Work Days, Hrs, Shift Working & Overtime: 37 per week Monday Friday Travel Requirements Occasional travel to other sites ADZN1_NI41bf1e1f-b16b-4260-a40a-17c77a06fd15
