Role Description

We are seeking a Production Area Manager for a full-time, on-site position located in Scunthorpe. This role involves overseeing daily production operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and adherence to quality standards. You will manage a team, monitor production schedules, optimize workflows, and identify areas for process improvement. The Production Area Manager will also ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintain equipment and facilities, and contribute to achieving production targets.

Qualifications

Shifts, Salary and holiday entitlement

  • Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, 05.50am – 13.55pm and 13.50pm – 21.55pm rotating weekly.
  • Competitive salary.
  • 30 days holiday per year plus 3 Bank Holidays.
