About the Role

Tayside Forestry is looking for a passionate and motivated individual to join our team as a Retail & Admin Coordinator. This is a varied and hands‑on role supporting the smooth running of our café, farm shop, and wider business operations.

You’ll work closely with our small, friendly team, helping with everything from daily café and shop activities to administration, stock control, and customer service. This is the perfect role for someone who enjoys variety, loves working with people, and wants to make a real difference in a growing local business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day‑to‑day operations of the café and retail shop
  • Assist with stock control, ordering, and displays
  • Help with admin tasks, filing, and record keeping
  • Answer phone calls, take customer orders, and assist with sales
  • Support social media posting and marketing updates
  • Handle light bookkeeping tasks and help with invoices
  • Operate tills and provide excellent customer service
