The Role:
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our talented kitchen team. You will be responsible for managing a section of the kitchen, ensuring precision, consistency, and creativity in every dish. With a focus on locally sourced produce, you\βll help deliver an exceptional dining experience for our guests while working in a supportive, creative and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Take ownership of a specific section (e.g., sauces, pizza, or grill etc), ensuring high standards in preparation, cooking, and presentation.

Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to develop and execute seasonal menus.

Maintain portion control, waste reduction, and efficient stock management.

Uphold strict food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.

Assist in training and guiding junior team members, including Commis Chefs and Kitchen Assistants.

Contribute creative input to specials, tasting menus, and events.
What We\βre Looking For:

At least one years experience as Chef de Partie or a strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to step up, ideally within a high-quality restaurant or hotel environment.

A passion for Scottish ingredients and the ability to showcase them with skill and flair.

Strong technical skills and knowledge of modern cooking techniques.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.

Team player with excellent communication and leadership potential.

Knowledge of food safety standards, including allergens and food safety.
