The predicted salary is between 1200 - 1800 £ per month.
Ensure cleanliness, presentation and hygiene of your assigned area. This includes our wild retreat, comfort stations on the golf course, team member spaces, grand dining halls, castle suites, and guest homes. Service these areas by following procedures clearly and attentively.
Responsibilities include:
- Removing all dust and debris using the correct cleaning materials.
- Vacuuming floors, corridors, stairs, bedrooms, and bathrooms; cleaning all surfaces and floors including showers, baths, basins, toilets, kitchens, windows, and garden furniture.
- Refreshing and maintaining suites at various times throughout the day, including evening turn downs.
- Restocking and replacing items in bedrooms and bathrooms, ensuring everything is in its place and maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness and presentation.
- Ensuring guest areas are clean and looking their best, including sweeping the front entrance, setting fires ready for lighting, providing newspapers and magazines, and ensuring flowers are fresh.
- Supporting with deep cleaning of other areas as required and directed by management.
- Monitoring stock levels and assisting with inventory, restocking, and receiving items to ensure smooth running of the residential services department.
- Attending and contributing to departmental and wider business meetings as necessary.
- Following and accurately completing cleaning schedules and checklists for each area of the business.
- Upholding exceptional standards while demonstrating passion and flair in the pursuit of service excellence.
- Actively involved in day-to-day operations through observance and collaboration with team members across facilities.
This role can involve long periods of standing, walking, and bending. Attention to detail with a warm, casual style is essential, along with exemplary time management and problem-solving skills. The ability to work under pressure and adjust working days and hours to meet business needs is required.
