You thrive as part of a team as we believe in having fun. Our Seasonal Fitness Attendant is key to our guest wellness experience. You are the person who meets, greets and supports our members and guests throughout their wellness journey. You are a naturally warm and attentive people person who communicates with confidence and sensitivity.

A deep understanding of the practical skills required to deliver exceptional fitness experiences across our indoor and outdoor facilities is essential. We believe people are our priority; our members and guests trust your knowledge of all fitness, wellness, and outdoor programmes, as well as other bespoke experiences available throughout the club.

Grasping opportunities to acquire new skills, you are given ample opportunity to create memorable moments for our members and visiting guests at their ‘home from home’, making sure each visit is unique.

Discover the role:

  • You ensure the opening and closing of the fitness and wellness areas and provide informed, thoughtful guidance on exercise, wellbeing and equipment usage throughout our gym, studio and riverside outdoor facilities.
  • Building a rapport with our guests in creating a supportive, motivating and approachable environment and deliver seamless and engaging fitness experiences.
  • Conduct personalised fitness inductions ensuring safe usage of equipment.
  • Lead and support inspiring group fitness classes, workshops and wellness‑focused activities for members, guests and team members.
  • Design effective, tailored fitness programmes aligned with individual goals and abilities.
  • Assist with fitness challenges, wellbeing events and Discovery style programming that elevate the wellness experience.
  • You maintain impeccable hygiene and cleanliness throughout all fitness areas including gym floors, studios and outdoor training spaces.
  • Uphold our exceptional standards while demonstrating passion and flare in the pursuit of service excellence.
  • Actively involved in the day‑to‑day operation through observance, collaborating proactively with team members across our wide range of facilities.
  • Contribute at departmental and the wider business meetings where necessary.

Based within the castle or at various locations throughout the estate, including Glen Lyon and Moness. Although much of your time will be spent indoors, some time may be spent outdoors. This role can involve long periods of standing, walking and bending.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified to Level 2 Fitness Instructor, with a genuine interest in fitness and at least one year’s experience in a similar role.
  • Previous customer service experience preferably within a five‑star or luxury environment.
  • Highly motivated and physically capable of meeting the demands of the job.
  • Deliver refined, personalised, anticipatory service with a vision for quality and excellence.
  • Attention to detail with a warm, casual style letting your genuine personality shine through.
  • Calm, confident and discreet, taking huge pride in your presentation.
  • Exemplary time management and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure to juggle competing priorities with minimum supervision.
  • Adapt accordingly to suit the profile of the business.
  • Full UK driving license – You may be required to travel between locations.
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products.
