Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end design process, from concept to completion, ensuring design integrity, quality standards and client expectations are consistently met.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams, review technical information, and confirm projects are delivered on programme, quality and compliance standards.
- Coordinate design across the DLC portfolio (Taymouth Castle, Kenmore Village, Glenlyon and other properties) for timely decision-making and delivery of design solutions in line with project programmes.
- Support the preparation, coordination and review of drawings and technical documentation in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Consult with stakeholders and prospective homeowners on design, planning and building regulations.
- Develop design briefs and vision plans for project feasibility, select consultants and contractors and clarify design scopes and responsibilities.
- Manage design budgets in coordination with the project team and conduct design reviews to confirm compliance with brief, design guidelines and operational requirements.
- Present stage reviews to stakeholders and property owners, lead buildability and design completeness reviews ahead of tender and facilitate design workshops during development.
Qualifications
- Strong background in design management, project coordination and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
- Excellent stakeholder coordination skills and experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and the ability to write reports.
- Full UK driving licence and ability to travel between sites as required.
