  • Treat ingredients with generosity and respect, honouring seasonality and Scottish seasonality as well as the storytelling behind our dishes.

  • Uphold impeccable hygiene, cleanliness in all areas of back of house, food safety, sanitation, and health & safety protocols in line with luxury hospitality standards.
  • Support additional tasks or changing business needs, approaching challenges with a team-first mindset.
  • Engage positively with team members and guests, contributing to a collaborative, service-driven culture where we believe in having fun, taking pride in attention to detail, remaining flexible and creating memorable experiences.
  • Monitor stock levels and proper rotation and minimal waste, assist with the inventory, order stock and receive our luxury food and beverage deliveries.
  • Ensure continual product quality standards and procedures are observed daily.
  • Be actively involved in day-to-day operations through observance and collaborating proactively with team members across our wide range of facilities.
