You will perform a broad range of treatments, including massages, facials, body treatments and aromatherapy. Using luxurious products and advanced techniques to deliver treatments tailored to our guests’ preferences that will reflect the sophistication of our Club’s Spa.
Conductitesse in-depth consultations to understand the guest’s health, wellness goals and any medical considerations. Providing expert recommendations, customising each treatment, and ensuring a personalised and memorable experience. Following the protocols and standards that you have gained during your training.
You have a genuine interest in holistic spa treatments – promoting the benefits of holistic massage and how it can contribute to overall health and well-being. Recommending additional holistic therapies or spa services that may compliment the guest’s treatment plan. Ensuring each guest is comfortable and fully informed throughout their spa journey.
Building lasting relationships with members and guests, providing an unparalleled and personalised wellness experience. Managing any concerns with discretion and ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience. Taking note of preferences and feedback to refine and enhance future treatments.
You collaborate with other departments and stakeholders within the club operations and at other facilities within the estate to ensure as a team our members and their guests have a magical stay at their ‘home from home’ creating a memorable experience.
