Lettings Negotiator
We’re looking for a Lettings Negotiator for our fantastic Taylors team based in Bicester.
This is a great opportunity to grow within residential lettings within a fast-paced and rewarding environment. With an OTE, industry-leading training, and a supportive team, you’ll have everything you need to succeed and build a successful career.

What We’re Looking For:
- The preferred candidate will have prior experience in lettings or other estate agency-based roles, but this is not essential.
- Able to generate business in a target driven environment.
- Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
- Full UK driving license & access to your own vehicle.
Your Role:
- Generate and book valuations.
- Qualify and service new applicants.
- Carry out property viewings.
- Negotiate offers and progress lets to exchange & completion.
- Administer tenancies (with support).
- Provide outstanding customer service.
