At Taylors , part of the Connells Group, we\’re looking for a highly motivated Lettings Area Manager to join Connells Group and lead an area covering several branches. The ideal candidate will be based central to the area around Bristol.

The main purpose of the role is to maximise the overall income and profitability of the area and recruit, induct, train, manage and lead your own team.
Our ideal Area Manager is…

• Preferably an experienced Branch Manager or a Senior Branch Manager who is ready for the step-up or an experienced area manager looking for a new challenge
• An inspirational leader of people with the ability to manage and mentor a team on a daily basis
• A proven track record in generating new business
• Resilient, proactive, a competitive individual who isn\’t afraid to work hard to get the results
• A Full UK driving licence holder
