Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday; 9:00am – 4:00pm Saturday (currently 1 in 2)

Due to continued growth within the business, we are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Executive to join our used car team at Taylors Select in Skegness (est. 1972).
About the role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and customer-focused individual to join a small, friendly team with strong local roots in Skegness, while benefiting from the backing of the wider Taylors Motor Group. You’ll be responsible for handling both online and physical enquiries, guiding customers through the buying journey, and delivering a high standard of service from first contact to vehicle handover.
Responsibilities include:
- Handling incoming enquiries from online platforms, telephone, and walk-in customers
- Managing and following up leads to maximise sales opportunities
- Building strong relationships with customers and delivering an excellent buying experience
- Selling used vehicles, including finance and additional products where appropriate
- Keeping up to date with current stock (with access to over 250 vehicles across the group)
- Maintaining accurate customer records and updating CRM systems
- Supporting the presentation of vehicles on the forecourt and online
- Achieving individual and team sales targets
What We’re Looking For:
- Motivated, target-driven, and enthusiastic about sales
- A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Organised and proactive with good follow-up discipline
- Comfortable using IT systems and CRM platforms
- A team player who enjoys working in a close-knit environment
- Previous motor trade experience is preferred (at least 1 year)
