Due to continued success within the business, we are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Taylors Vauxhall. This is an excellent opportunity for an established Sales Executive who is looking to develop their career within a successful, family‑run dealership group that values genuine customer care - not high‑pressure sales. For the right candidate, there will be opportunities to broaden their skills and progress within the business.
Key Responsibilities:- Build lasting customer relationships through honest advice and outstanding service.
- Handle showroom, telephone and online enquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Proactively prospect for new business, reconnect with previous customers, and build relationships with existing service customers.
- Maximise every opportunity by presenting finance, GAP insurance, paint protection and extended warranty products where appropriate.
- Maintain regular contact with existing customers, service customers and our extensive database.
- Take ownership of your customer journey from enquiry through to delivery, ensuring every detail is managed professionally.
- Assist in maintaining high showroom and forecourt presentation standards.
- Work closely with management, administration and aftersales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Keep up to date with the latest Vauxhall products, technologies and manufacturer programmes.
- At least 2 years experience in Car Sales (required)
- Consistent track record of achieving and exceeding targets
- Motability Scheme Accreditation (preferred)
- A full UK driving licence
- A friendly, professional manner with a genuine desire to help people.
