Branch Manager in Newport

Taylors, part of Connells Group, the UK’s leading property services company, is looking for an ambitious and driven Branch Manager to lead our exciting Newport office.

Your Role

As Branch Manager, you will take full ownership of the Newport residential sales business, leading from the front to drive performance, inspire your team, and build on the strong success already achieved.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will:

• Coach, motivate and develop a high-performing sales team
• Drive new business generation, instructions and market share
• Build strong relationships within the local community
• Create a culture of energy, accountability and success
• Play a key role in continuing the growth journey of this newly revitalised office

You will have the support and platform to make a real impact within a business that genuinely invests in its people.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a leadership or management role within estate agency
• A motivational leader who thrives on developing people
• Strong track record of winning business and delivering results
• Commercially minded with a passion for growth and performance
• Highly organised, resilient and customer-focused
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Full UK driving licence
