Working hybrid, with time spent working from home, out visiting customers, and occasional visits to their Head Offices, this role will provide the balance of a supportive team environment with the benefits of a home office and the opportunity to travel the country in pursuit of new business opportunities.
The company is developing an innovative and game-changing portfolio of solutions for agritech and associated sectors that promote health and protect the environment. You\’ll be taking this next-generation product portfolio to market and looking to educate and win new customers. The focus of the position is new business development, so it would naturally suit a more hunter-style individual.
The successful candidate will need to be:
- Degree qualified in an agrochem or agritech related field
- Current/recent background within the agricultural/horticultural sector
- Proven sales credentials; ideally selling plant or crop science products
- Target driven, new business focused
- Growth mindset; early adopter mentality
- Willingness to travel
- Ambitious; eager, success oriented
- UK RTW and UK driving licence
