Scientist – Molecular Diagnostics\\nLocation – Oxfordshire\\nOur client is a leading provider of Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) solutions to support the ongoing development of genetic-based medicine. An opportunity has now become available for an experience NGS scientist to join the company and support with the product development projects within their NGS platforms.\\nThe role:\\nThe successful applicant will be responsible for:\\n * Work on product development projects supporting with the improvement of new diagnostic products to support customer needs.\\n * Offer a solution-lead approach to overcoming technical challenges.\\n * Defining and undertaking experiments to support product development.\\n * Interpretation and analysis of results.\\n * Ensuring compliance and quality standards are maintained.\\nSuitable applicants:\\n * Industry experience in commercial product development with IVD molecular biology products\\n * Proven experience conducting commercial R&D projects, out-lining project scope and deliverables\\n * Educated to PhD or MSc in Genomics/Molecular Biology (or equivalent experience)\\n * Experience working to ISO13485 and ISO 9001\\n * Prior experience with NGS workflows and different sequencing technology\\nSuitable candidates can expect a permanent position with a competitive salary commensurate to experience (plus benefits)
