Sales Team Manager – UK Life Sciences Location: Fully remote, home-office based Competitive salary: £65,000 – £75,000 + bonus + car or allowance Working for a leading supplier of life science instruments, reagents and consumables, this is a fantastic opportunity for a life science sales leader to manage a UK sales team. The company plays a critical role in supporting scientific breakthroughs and innovations by supplying high-quality, reliable products that scientists and researchers depend on. The team consists of regional sales account managers, who are responsible for maintaining and expanding client relationships within their designated territories, and product specialists, who provide in-depth knowledge and support for specific products. Your leadership ensures that the team works harmoniously towards common goals, fostering a collaborative environment where best practices are shared, and each member is empowered to succeed. Key duties include developing sales strategies, setting sales targets, monitoring team performance, and providing coaching and training to ensure targets are met.
