Chemical QHSE Officer Location – Cambridgeshire Sector – Chemical Manufacturing Salary – £30,000 – £34,000 (depending on interview performance & experience) Full time, permanent role We are currently offering the opportunity for a QHSE Officer to join a company based in Cambridgeshire which produce specialised chemicals used in medicines, electronics, and other products. Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK. The Role As a QHSE Officer, you will be responsible for: * Assist with QHSE documentation, audits, investigations, and compliance tasks, * Maintain and update company records, including environmental and specification documents, * Support contractor documentation, change control processes, and non-conformance administration, * Communicate effectively with employees, auditors, suppliers, and clients to ensure QHSE standards are met. Current / Recent Experience Required: * Prior experience in BOTH quality and H&S within chemical manufacturing – including investigations of non-conformances or client complaints (essential). * Prior experience and expertise working in accordance with ISO 9001 (essential). * Prior experience conducting internal and external audits (essential). * Prior experience working within the field of hazardous chemicals (essential). Profile Required: * Existing UK work eligibility (essential). * Happy to commute / relocate to Cambridgeshire (essential).
