Location: Field-based Territory: Midlands / South East (Leicester to Bristol, plus Hampshire, Surrey, Dorset and Berkshire)
Travel: 3–4 days per week visiting customers
Client base: Pharma / biotech, food & beverage, environmental, contract analytical, chemicals, academia
I’m working with a globally recognised manufacturing organisation that supports analytical testing across a wide range of scientific industries, including pharma / biotech, chemicals, environmental, materials, food & beverage, contract analytical laboratories and academia. They are considered innovators within their sector and invest heavily in product development to maintain their position as a global market leader.
As a well-established company with a strong and loyal customer base, this role will primarily focus on account management; maintaining and growing revenue within existing accounts. There will also be a requirement to generate new business by targeting organisations across the region and winning customers from competitors.
The role involves regular travel, typically 3–4 days per week, visiting customers and attending events, exhibitions and networking activities. This is a technical sales role; full training will be provided, and the organisation is renowned for its exceptional training and professional development.
Candidates must hold a degree (or equivalent).
