This is a fantastic opportunity to work as a Marketing & Events Coordinator where you will play a vital role in the planning and execution of the company’s marketing activities. The Marketing & Events Coordinator is responsible for planning, organising, and executing marketing events that align with company objectives and enhance brand visibility. This role involves coordinating all aspects of events, including pre and post event social media activities, and ensuring seamless execution to create memorable experiences for the company’s target audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of marketing events, including webinars, conferences, and internal corporate events.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop event strategies aligned with marketing goals.
- Oversee logistics, including venue selection, catering, scheduling, and travel arrangements.
- Ensure events are executed on time, within budget, and with high-quality standards.
Logistics and Execution
- Oversee internal event setup and execution.
- Ensure all logistical details are properly handled.
- Serve as the on-site contact during events to address issues and ensure smooth operations.
Reporting and Follow Ups
- Collect and analyse event performance metrics (e.g., attendance, engagement).
- Prepare post-event reports, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements.
- Follow up with participants for feedback.
