Are you experienced in trade marketing, and ready to make an impact with a global performance brand? At TaylorMade Golf, we are seeking a Regional Marketing Executive to join us on a 1-year contract, starting mid-July. You’ll support our network of retailers across the UK and Ireland, delivering impactful trade marketing campaigns that enhance brand presence and drive in-store performance.
This is an opportunity to join a fast-paced marketing team, working closely with sales teams and customers to execute marketing plans, improve the shopper experience, and support commercial success across key accounts.
What you’ll be doing:
- Coordinating and delivering seasonal trade marketing campaigns, ensuring activity is executed consistently across key retailers in the UK and Ireland.
- Working closely with Key Account Managers to develop tailored marketing plans for major customers, including promotions, product launches and in-store visibility.
- Managing the day-to-day delivery of marketing activity, from briefing assets through to production, distribution and implementation.
- Acting as a key point of contact for marketing queries from customers and internal teams, providing a responsive and solutions-focused approach.
- Reviewing in-store execution and working with sales teams to identify practical improvements to product placement, point of sale and brand presentation.
- Supporting the planning and delivery of retail events and product launches, including coordination of materials, logistics and on-site execution where required.
- Tracking marketing spend against budget and monitoring campaign performance, using data and feedback to inform future activity.
- Keeping close to market and competitor activity, sharing relevant insights to support ongoing marketing plans.
What we are seeking:
- Degree-level education in business, marketing or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in a similar role including responsibility for account management and delivery of marketing campaigns from planning through to execution.
- Commercial awareness, with an understanding of how marketing activity supports retail performance.
- Ability to plan, prioritise and manage multiple activities across different timelines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience of working with a range of stakeholders.
- Ability to build effective working relationships with both internal teams and external contacts.
- Experience within a retail, consumer goods or sports-related environment (advantageous).
- Passion for sport and knowledge of golf (advantageous).
