People are at the heart of our success, and we now have an exciting opportunity to join our small but dedicated HR team as Part Time HR Coordinator to help ensure the smooth running of day-day HR operations, by providing essential HR administrative support across all areas of HR. If you have previous HR administrative experience, thrive in a fast-paced environment; and are highly organised and detail focused, we’d love to hear from you!
The role will require you to work 18.75 hours per week. The working pattern and times can be flexible, but a minimum of 4 hours per day must be worked on a Monday, Thursday, and Friday at our Head office in Basingstoke.
About the Role
From recruitment and onboarding to benefits and employee records, you’ll be involved in every stage of the employee lifecycle, where responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with recruitment: posting of job ads, scheduling interviews, sourcing candidates, shortlisting applications, and conducting reference checks.
- Maintaining accurate employee records and updating HR databases.
- Coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing new hire documentation.
- Supporting employee benefits administration and responding to related queries.
- Helping with the organisation of HR events and training sessions.
- Preparing HR documents such as contracts, offer letters, and policy updates.
- Monitoring holiday entitlements, right to work, and benefit contributions.
- Providing general administrative support including filing, data entry, and handling HR queries.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in an HR administrative or Coordinative role
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent)
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- High level of discretion when handling confidential information.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- A solution and customer focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office and HR systems (Workday advantageous).
