We’re currently looking for a Service and Sales Executive to join our team, where, reporting to the Service and Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Area Sales Managers, enhancing customer relationships, and driving sales performance across the UK and Ireland.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Handling inbound and outbound customer calls to resolve service issues and identify sales opportunities.
- Making proactive outbound sales calls to meet agreed individual target.
- Maximising upsell opportunities during inbound customer interactions.
- Recording and managing customer interactions using our CRM system.
- Building trust and loyalty by resolving customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Developing and maintaining strong, mutually beneficial working relationships with TaylorMade Golf Ambassadors or other key influencers within assigned territories.
- Contributing to a collaborative team environment and company-wide goals.
- Maintaining a positive, solutions-focused attitude while juggling multiple tasks.
- Utilising effective communication skills to identify problems and achieve the best solution with internal customers in other Departments (Credit, Shipping, etc).
What We’re Looking For
- A genuine interest in golf and curiosity about golf equipment.
- Proven experience in a customer service or inside sales role, ideally with upselling or warm calling.
- Excellent communication, listening, and influencing skills.
- Strong customer service focus and professional phone etiquette.
- Confident using MS Office, Outlook, and CRM systems (Oracle experience advantageous).
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
