About The Role

As an Area Sales Manager, you’ll take ownership of a designated territory, working directly with golf clubs, retailers, and key accounts to achieve revenue targets and expand market share. You’ll be the face of TaylorMade in your region, delivering exceptional customer experiences and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and implement territory-specific strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Build strong relationships with golf professionals, pro shops, specialty retailers, and sporting goods stores.
  • Drive seasonal product sales, focus lines, and distribution targets.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and promotional programs to maximize profitability.
  • Identify new business opportunities and grow the account base.
  • Deliver engaging product presentations and support brand visibility through working collaboratively with the experiential team.
  • Provide accurate, timely reports and maintain a clear understanding of market trends and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Credit Control, Customer Service, and Operations to ensure service excellence.

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record in field sales, ideally within golf, sporting goods, or consumer products.
  • Experience managing a territory and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong B2B relationship-building skills.
  • Full UK driving license (essential).
  • A base location in the South East of England (inside the territory).
  • Passion for golf and in-depth industry knowledge.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and reporting tools.
