I’m looking for a freelance Part-Time Creative Assistant to support me on photography and content shoot days across food, drink, hospitality, interiors and lifestyle clients. This is a hands‑on freelance role for someone who wants to learn how premium commercial content is created in real shoot environments, from styling and lighting to behind‑the‑scenes storytelling, client‑facing professionalism and the small details that make imagery feel considered.
You’ll work alongside me on day shoots, typically for a few hours at a time, assisting with equipment, styling, behind‑the‑scenes content and occasional lifestyle clips. This role would suit someone with a strong eye for aesthetics, an interest in hospitality, food styling, content creation or brand storytelling, and a genuine desire to learn by being on set.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting on photography and content shoot days.
- Capturing raw behind‑the‑scenes UGC‑style clips during shoots.
- Helping set up and take down equipment.
- Assisting with styling scenes, including food settings, tablescapes.
- Capturing short lifestyle clips when requested, such as interacting with products, walking through a space, pouring drinks, adding natural movement to a scene.
- Occasionally appearing on camera as a model/hand model.
- Following creative direction and adapting quickly on the day.
- Supporting the smooth running of the shoot from start to finish by managing briefs.
Key Requirements:
- Strong aesthetic eye, with an instinct for styling, composition, colour, texture and small visual details.
- Genuine interest in luxury hospitality, food, drink, interiors, lifestyle brands and premium content creation.
- Comfortable being on camera for natural, casual lifestyle clips when needed.
- Confident capturing raw behind‑the‑scenes content on a phone, with an understanding of what makes footage useful for reels and social content.
- Reliable, professional and able to take creative direction well.
- Comfortable working in fast‑moving shoot environments where plans may change quickly.

Compensation:
