You will be responsible for managing and supporting Garden Centre Managers, driving sales, and maintaining high retail standards. The role involves overseeing recruitment, staff development, budgeting, and stock control while ensuring smooth operations across all sites. Reporting to the Head of Region, you will identify challenges, implement solutions, and ensure company targets and KPIs are consistently met.
We are looking for a proven multi‑site manager with a fast‑paced retail background – ideally seasonal. You should bring strong commercial acumen, be able to manage many teams successfully, drive sales, have strong financial acumen, excellent communication, leading by example and inspiring a high‑performing staff.
