Join the team as a Site Engineer, where you’ll be hands-on in delivering major infrastructure works. You’ll support construction planning, set out works on-site, manage quality and safety, and liaise with design and commercial teams. This role offers a great opportunity to apply your engineering knowledge to real-world projects with clear career progression.
Duties
• Set out works and manage technical delivery across site
• Oversee temporary works, materials, and subcontractor coordination
• Ensure build quality, compliance, and accurate record-keeping
• Input into method statements, risk assessments, and safety planning
• Support short-term planning and commercial reporting
• Engage with design teams, implement BIM principles, and drive innovation
Person Specification
• Experience in civil engineering construction
• Strong understanding of setting out, quality control, and safety standards
• Experience of Total Station, experience in site setting out, familiar with CAD software
• Good communication and planning skills
• Competency with construction software and documentation

Hours: Full Time – 40 hours – Monday to Friday
