About the Role
Taylor Woodrow is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team on an Embankment stabilisation project in Reading. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality infrastructure works in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Supervise site operations to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Coordinate and manage site teams, subcontractors, and resources effectively.
- Monitor progress against project plans and report on performance.
- Ensure works are delivered to specification, on time, and within budget.
- Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and promote a positive safety culture.
Person Specification
- CSCS Gold Card
- SSSTS or SMSTS Certification
- COSS (Controller of Site Safety) ticket.
- Proven experience supervising highways or civil engineering projects.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Contract Type: Permanent Hours: Full Time - 40 hours - Monday to Friday
