The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 Β£ per year.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join the and support in the delivery of a key infrastructure project – a Cycle Route Upgrade Scheme in Crewe.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the commercial management of the project, which is being delivered under an NEC contract.

Duties

  • Administer and manage the NEC contract in line with company and client expectations
  • Preparation and submission of interim valuations, final accounts, and cost reports
  • Assist in the procurement and management of subcontract packages
  • Support change management and compensation event processes
  • Liaise with the client and project team to provide accurate cost forecasting and risk assessments
  • Ensure commercial controls are in place and adhered to
  • Prepare monthly reports, including earned value analysis and CVRs

Person Specification

  • Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
  • Proven experience working on civil engineering or infrastructure projects
  • Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts
  • Proficient in cost reporting, forecasting, and subcontract management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: Full Time – 40 hours – Monday to Friday
