Taylor Woodrow is seeking an experienced Health, Safety & Environment Advisor to join our team on a major rail infrastructure project in Bletchley. This is an exciting opportunity to ensure the highest standards of safety and compliance across all site activities, working within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Provide expert advice on health, safety, and environmental compliance across civils, highways, infrastructure, rail and track works.
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to maintain a safe working environment.
- Support incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
- Promote a positive safety culture and deliver toolbox talks and training sessions.
- Liaise with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure adherence to HSE standards.
Person Specification
- Sentinel Card (mandatory for rail/track access).
- Proven experience in rail or track projects within a construction environment.
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental legislation and best practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- NEBOSH or equivalent safety qualification desirable.

Hours: Full Time - 40 hours - Monday to Friday
