The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
Reporting to either the Digital Support Services Manager or Principal Information Manager and responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered successfully for the client and for Taylor Woodrow, technically, commercially, and financially. Responsible for discharge of IM duties for Taylor Woodrow information management projects, supporting the implementation, and maintenance of our information management systems, templates and deliverables through all works stages ensuring data integrity, security, and accessibility.
Duties
· Supervised implementation of company information management policies and procedures.
· Compile and deliver information management documents and deliverables.
· Perform IM reviews of information compliance against project requirements and standards.
· Maintenance and operation of information systems.
· Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with relevant regulations.
· Collaborate with various departments to understand and meet their information needs.
· Stay informed about the latest trends and technologies in information management.
Person Specification
· Proven experience in information management, with at least 3 years in a relevant role.
· Strong knowledge of information management systems and best practices.
· Excellent organizational and team management skills.
· Ability to develop and implement effective policies and procedures.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Knowledge of data security and privacy regulations.
· Proficiency in relevant software and technologies.
· Highways and structures based experience ideal.
· Experience in configuring and application of EDM systems (preferably Aconex) and safety focus (CDM).
· Chair meetings and write concise meeting minutes
