You will provide land purchase cost information, monitor costs, and manage budgets, procurement, and final accounts.
Strong knowledge of building regs, NHBC, HSE, and contract law is essential.
The role requires senior-level negotiation and IT literacy, preferably with COINS experience, and membership in CIOB or RICS is advantageous.
