Job Summary
To deliver administration support to the Cladding Production department.
Primary Responsibilities
- Administration of Programme changes and production of Gantt Charts as required.
- Support and prepare letters and emails as required.
- Zutec Uploading and project coordination, ensuring consultants and contractors have access to new projects.
- Collection and filing of progress reports, project milestones, and assist with the production of Golden Thread information.
- Liaise with training providers for any training requirements and maintain a training matrix for all production teams.
