Job Summary

The Assistant Finance Manager is key to assisting the Senior Finance Manager in preparing the monthly management accounts, ensuring financial policy and statutory requirements are met and complied with throughout the BU. Support the Senior Finance Manager and Finance Director by assisting in the preparation of financial information in an efficient and timely manner. Provide cover for other members of the finance team as required. Other ad hoc projects, processes and procedures as required.

Experience, Qualifications, Technical Requirements

  • Previous industry experience
  • Part Qualified Accountant / Fully Qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA, with prior experience of working as a management accountant.
  • Good (Strong preferred) working knowledge of MS Office and Excel in particular
  • Previous experience of using group consolidation system
