We want to provide our customers with easy access to these options.
The Options Coordinator will be responsible for managing all customer options in the Business Unit. The role will set up the Options Online system to process orders for new developments, coordinate with Sales Executives to ensure customer options are ordered at the correct stage, and liaise with local suppliers and contractors to ensure customer options are fitted correctly and to the highest possible standard. The role also includes regular contact and communication with the Options department in Head Office for national guidance and updates.

- Work with the Commercial department to calculate labour costs and margin
- Input to and maintain the Options Online system within the Business Unit
- Work with Sales Executives to effectively manage customer options time frames
- Liaise with head office personnel for national guidance and updates
- Training and support of the sales team
- Good organisation and planning
- Excellent attention to detail when dealing with large quantities of data
- Good understanding of products and pricing
- Technically competent on IT systems
- Previous experience or knowledge of the house‑building industry
