Job Summary
The responsibilities for the Administration Assistant will include assisting the team with administration by creating and amending orders and processing invoices in line with our Framework, resolving queries, assisting with the company framework processes and supporting the finance team.
Primary Responsibilities
- Prepare invoices for payment in a timely manner
- Raise and amend Purchase Orders
- Work with the team and our consultants to resolve queries in a timely manner
- Maintain the database and ensure it is up to date
- Assist with the Company Framework processes and support the IT Coordinator as required
