Job Summary

Working in our Taylor Wimpey Manufacturing division you will be required to support the efficient and timely movement of goods and materials across the supply chain by coordinating logistics activities, maintaining accurate records, and liaising with internal teams.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Shipment Coordination: Arrange and prepare products in preparation for shipments out.
  • Documentation: Prepare and manage documents – picking lists, packing lists.
  • Inventory Support: Assist with stock control, goods-in/goods-out processes, and liaise with warehouse teams to maintain accurate inventory records.
  • System Updates: Maintain data in ERP systems (SAGE), updating schedules, and finished goods movements.
  • Reporting: Generate reports on quality control of picked items.
  • Problem Solving: Investigate and resolve delivery discrepancies, delays, and damaged goods with appropriate follow-up actions.

Experience, Qualifications, Technical Requirements

  • Previous experience in a logistics, supply chain, or administrative role (ideally within manufacturing or distribution).
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
