We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Technical Team and play a crucial role in managing and coordinating our external consultant team through all stages of project procurement. This includes Land & Planning, Commercial, Production, Sales, and Adoptions. You will actively support the Project team and ensure smooth project execution whilst gaining valuable experience on real-world projects.
As a participant in this comprehensive program, you will have the opportunity to rotate across various Business Units (BUs) within your division. This rotation is designed to maximize your exposure to a diverse array of projects, enhancing your understanding of our operations and strategic objectives.
In addition to the inter-divisional rotations, you will also spend time within our Group Central Function. This segment of the program allows you to collaborate closely with senior team members, gaining invaluable insights and exposure from experienced professionals.
Furthermore, you will be enrolled in our tailored development scheme. This scheme is not just about honing your skills in your chosen field of expertise; it’s about fostering holistic professional growth. You will gain experience in:
- Health, Safety & Environment: Implement and comply with CDM/EMS regulations. Mitigate design risks and fulfil Designer responsibilities under CDM. Ensure environmental and ecological considerations are integrated into designs.
- Land, Planning & Community Engagement: Manage community consultations and planning applications. Negotiate planning agreements and clear planning conditions. Oversee design and approval processes for new developments.
- Pre-Development Management: Prepare for and attend key project meetings. Coordinate design tenders and maintain design programmes. Secure Building Regulations Approvals and manage supplier information.
- Development Management: Coordinate with the Engineering team to meet all approval standards. Stay updated on legislation and provide feedback on product designs. Assist the production team and manage design documentation. Monitor construction progress and resolve issues for timely completion.
