As a participant in this comprehensive program, you will have the opportunity to rotate across various Business Units (BUs) within your division. In addition to the inter-divisional rotations, you will also spend time within our Group Central Function. This segment of the program allows you to collaborate closely with senior team members, gaining invaluable insights and mentorship from experienced professionals.

Furthermore, you will be enrolled in our tailored development scheme. This scheme is not just about honing your skills in your chosen field of expertise; it’s about fostering holistic professional growth. During your training, you\’ll gain hands-on experience in key areas such as:

  • Tender Process: Review drawings, analyse tenders, and negotiate with contractors.
  • S.I.T Budgets: Create and manage Excel SIT Budgets, utilise COINS SIT Budgets.
  • Order Placement: Chair meetings and facilitate COINS Order Placement.
  • Payments: Generate payment batches, address invoice queries, and draft certificates.
  • CVR: Conduct valuations, reconcile costs and compile comprehensive reports.
  • Subcontractor Management: Cultivate relationships, manage accounts and understand pricing structures.
